When developers Braker Corporation spearheaded the transformation of a protected building in the heart of Barcelona into luxury apartments, they kept one floor for themselves.
This exclusive address was to become one of the most exclusive rental properties in the city. Think sweeping views, five-star concierge team, wine cellar, wellness centre and pool. But in order to publicise the property to foreigners who would be interested in renting the property at about $27,000 a month, they needed to create a brand.
It started with my brand naming service, in which I took the gastronomic influence of the neighbourhood and lifestyle concept of the property to create Casa Epicuri. A name inspired by Catalan, instantly understandable across languages and with a high-end feel. I also worked with a designer to create a sophisticated logo, reflecting the unique design of the building, in rich gold and black to represent that sense of luxury.
I also wrote and developed the whole website with my agency team. The result is a rental property that remains one of the most iconic in the city.
